How do I start a return?Updated 3 months ago

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the product for a full refund. The product must be the original product purchased with original packaging and receipt.

Return by mail

Please fill out the warranty form with the reason of “return” in the “reason for claim” text box. You will be assigned an RMA number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the return packaging. Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and refund the payment method, less original shipping costs. 

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund (less original shipping costs) will be processed to the original
